Title: Limoges dishes

I think this set was made around 1890.  Bottoms of dishes have Limoges, I.R.I., France.  Has artist signature J. Mongar (spelling)?  Interested in selling.  Have a rough idea of price but seeking help to establish a fair price.

A good crisp photo of the mark and a nice photo of the piece would be immensely helpful.  An ID without seeing a mark can be suspect.
