Title: charity shop pickings
Post by: bigwull on April 01, 2013, 04:26:54 AM
Hi,all, hope you had a nice Easter,...Avril and I both fell off the Chocolate Abstinance wagon...we are both diabetic...but...we could,nt see those poor chocolate eggs going to waste... ;D..now to our charity shop finds, these few items are from a few weeks ago,our total expenditure was £20...for that we got the Pitcher/bowl,with 2 x candlesticks..in fine bone china, the small tray, the shallow dish, the silver topped bottle and 1 x napkin holder,...these last two items have English hallmarks,..the bottle stand about 3in tall, there,s not a lot of value to the pitcher/bowl etc,but they look nice on Avrils table

Liking the bottle and dish...worth it just for those.

That's not a Victorian perfume bottle, is it? 'Cause those can be worth hundreds...
