Title: Garrisn Gun
Post by: d4kng on April 04, 2013, 06:16:55 AM: Hi, I have a garrison gun model which is about 7-8" long together with another box with various tools. There is also an authenticity certificate.

It is on Ebay at the moment with a starting price of 99p

I have done some digging on Google but can not find any info about it.

Any ideas, as I refuse to let it go for 99p

Post by: mart on April 05, 2013, 08:24:11 AM: Well,, The COA is no real selling point !! Basically that letter would be with all their reproductions like this !! It isn`t significant !! That wouold be the same as all the COA`s that go with the Franklin Mint repros !! However there is a good collector base for these cannons !! You can end the Ebay listing by going to your My Ebay page,, to the right of the listing you will see More Actions or something similar with a drop down menu, click on that and in that list you can find "end listing" just click there and fill in a reason for ending it and follow any other prompts !!

Its just a form letter that goes with what they sell !! I personally would get it off of ebay and relist later with a reserve !!
I looked at another identical to yours and that person said that these are working replicas !! So it will fire a shot !! That also needs to be on the description and on the title to get the best price !! Have you checked it to see ??

This model cannon Mart...I bought it...well, I won it on ebay....and as far as i,ve found out..it is a working model....boom,boom...Aargh!!....i,ll try not to shoot myself.....LOL
