ok--anybody know who makes this bird or its real use/ it has a red marking i have never seen--
magnets are very strong....

And the magnets are what holds it together ?? You will have to get a better shot of that red mark !! Just looks like a red blob to me !! Get over the top of it and take pic looking straight down at the red !!

yes mart the magnets hold it together, very strong pull-question as to why they pull apart?
the red mark - can you tell me how to get a closer up pic - this one is on close up...I will try again

These magnetic ornaments are not...restricted to just wee burdies..there,s a whole heap of creatures on ebay...dolphins, frogs, sharks etc....i might go for the shark..it,would look great sticking out of my fish tank....

Thats given me a brilliant idea, I'm thinking maybe putting two strong magnets into my chest of drawers then slipping a large pane og flass down through the huge splits on the top and sides., then when carefully positioned it will give the illusion that my chest of drawers is floating in mid air.
