Title: Summerside, P.E.I., Canada Banner
Post by: Kevin_Bones on April 26, 2013, 05:09:51 PM
Hey guys,

I am in a bit of a rut and need some money fast. I have a really old banner, it was made here in my city (Summerside) where I still reside. Apparently the banner was made in 1937. I have no idea where I could get this appraised, or who would know anything about it. So I am wondering how old it is approx and what the value of this banner would be. Hopefully it could potentially help me out with some vet bills. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the banner

Sorry,no idea about the banner, but it is one of the most beautiful places in Canada. Been there three or four times.

You said apparently it was made in 1937,,, but then ask if we would know when it was made ??  Explain please !!  These souvenir banners  tend to not sell for much unless very rare or unusual !!

Its as Mart says,..not a lot of value,...we would like to say differently, but...i,m afraid, that it only has minimal, value....had it been a year pennant..when..some famous person was there, then it might have some,....but as it is...its value is,nt going to pay your vet bill....

Unless your vet is into collecting pennants, I'm afraid I'll have to go along with the others on this one. Sorry
