Got this at a garage sale, been trying to do some research, and found a few links.
Here are the links

Anyone know how to tell if it is a replica or not?

Yeah I saw that.
I just want to figure out if mine are real, and what they are worth roughly

The back looks correct on these !! The face,, does not !! There are minor differences and it does not show the wear I would expect !! Are they all the same in that respect ??

They are all slightly different conditions. some have better fronts, and some have cleaner backs. I'll try to add more pics soon.

from these pics i,d say they were genuine....if they are not...then someone has went to an awful lot of trouble, making them look real,...for what?...its not as if they are worth oodles of $$....
-
Any idea on their worth? I found this website with similar buttons for sale, but the price ranges from $25 all the way up to $5,000 and I honestly have no clue what make them expensive or not.

It will all depend on their rarity...if there, hundreds about, the price will reflect this,if there are only a few then they will command a higher price...

well may i suggest, instead of weeding your garden....get yourself one of these...and then get a map of all known battlefields, and start searching......just remember,...and take a mobile with you....just in case you get lost...

Need to buy me another one !! But at the moment,, my garden is more important !! Those buttons can stay buried a while longer !!
