I recently purchased a small, 3 ft ladder with a ball head and hanger at the top. Does anyone know what this is and what it would have been used for? Picture attached. I purchased it at an antique store liquidation sale for $1. Thought it was interesting.

Just known as a "men's valet" or even referred to as a valet. They come even with wooden trays for emptying the pockets!!!!
Still used! Not in high demand!
