Title: Stiffel Lamp? Value?

Good Day! I have a few items that we need help with, but this is the first one up...

It looks like, and walks like a Stiffel... but, is it one?

It stands 55 inches tall and is 24 inches at its widest.

There are two levels of beautiful marble tables trimmed in a brass lace. Double chain lights and center light with waffle style diffuser that utilizes a three way knob.
