Title: Large opaque cold painted glass HELP?

I need help identifying this piece.  It's 15" diam opaque concave glass, with frame that appears to be coated dark wood.  Diameter with frame 21" It's signed FTM.   Anyone?

Hi........there appears to be a signature between the 2 pink (or red) roses. What is that signature if it is indeed a sig......
