I have a question regarding a replica Stradivarius Violin. I have the case along with the bow. I went today to get it looked at just because I have seen some replicas worth an okay amount of money. The man at the store was more amused with the bow then the violin. This one in particular is nothing fancy as strings have been broken and such. I just want to know if someone thinks it can be worth anything. If so I can take time and go get some pictures. Thanks in advance.

Yes pics please..Bows can be worth more than the violin....

Oh yes !! Strad copies are pretty common but some of the bows that are found with them are pretty pricey !! Don`t worry about the horsehair !!

Is it a printed label with the year written in pencil / pen, probably the last two digits ?
My initial reaction is early 20th and worth about £50. Bow looks damaged and is lacking the frog.

The frog is there I took it off so yall could see what is underneath the frog. Its in the 3rd pic
-
Ah, right
Still think it's pretty standard learning or school violin

Sure looks like a student violin to me too .... circa 1930's - 1960's , if the case is any indicator .
Sometimes these little Strat copies can really sing a tone , so perhaps you could just go buy a bridge , notch & install it & borrow a bow to hear its' "voice" & see if all things are as straight & tight as they should be .
I don't think the bow is anything 'special' & I'll guess (mind you , without having it in my hands) it's value may be less than the cost of a new horsehair job on it ...
