Title: Sink the Fink

I was looking through some of my dad's old stuff and noticed a game-looking thing called 'Sink the Fink' made by Paco Products Inc out of Chicago. I was trying to find some info on it on the internet and wasn't able to find anything at all. Has anyone heard of it and know if it has any value?

First made in 1964/65. Couldn't see one instance of it being sold on internet but someone does mention it on a gun forum - apparently it's a target game ?
