Title: Porcelain Figurine makers mark?

Please help with any information on this piece. It's at least 30 years old and stands about 13 inches tall. It is a stretched girl figure sitting on a stump and holding a Dove in her lap. The only identifing mark on it is a "D" on the bottom. We were told it might be valuable and possibly from Germany. Thanks for your help, Gutz

Have to see the D 12 possible's. only 1 german possible.
