I found this at Goodwill. I am wondering what decade it is from and what company made it. Any takers?

If there is no access to the interior, i.e. a lid,..then this is most likely a child soother, i.e. Wind up then have it sitting next to a childs Cot/bed,..to lull them to sleep....
