Was this an old Christmas ornament? Something to hang in a window for the sun to shine through? How much would this be worth? Thank you in advance! :)

Not Christmas....its what we call a Sun catcher....just as you thought...hang it on a window....and let the sun shine through....value... not much...

I.d say this was from the 1920,s/30.s...value....is  low...maybe..£20...but more like £10...there are better one,s on ebay....with lower prices and no bids....if its not eating your corn...hang it on your window and enjoy it.....
