Title: faceted scent bottle,with silver top

hi guys, i posted this a while back....but..never got to know who the silversmith was..and the approx age of it..the bottle measures 3.1/2in tall x 1.1/4...the silver top weighs 7g.....maybe this time....

Marks aren't clear in the image but it could be Charles Favell, 1896. Or it's a small London manufacturer.
