I would like to know what that is exactly and if it`s worth anything?

Definitely a medallion and someone has drilled to wear on jewelry most likely (or a key chain, watch fob)
Can you discern what each side says.
I can only make out Parliament, London, of the house....

The frontside says -The new houses of parliament and on the down part - London -C.Barry E.S.Q architect. And the backside says Interior of the house of lords.

Ipcress will probably know,, its likely a commemorative token or medallion !!

Have found several commemorative medals with the same information on it...but different pics.
