Title: Hitachi ambiophonic system series 300 model cs-407

My grandmother has this stereo, hitachi ambiophonic system series 300 model cs-407, and I asked how old it was and she didn't know. I also googled and only got the table top stereo. It's about 2 feet tall, 1 foot deep, and 4 or 5 ft long. The record player and AM/FM works great but the 8-track might be busted. Just wondering if anyone knew how old it is and what a price would be for it.

Don`t feel too bad ,, everyones 8 track is busted !!  That would be 70`s  era if it has an 8 track player,, about the time the Mediterranean style was popular from the look of the front !!  Can`t see it well !!

yeah, late 60,s to mid 70,s....good be worth something...but would depend on having the 8 track working....
