I almost choked I laughed so hard.  You have been around long enough to know Wullie and his smart remarks!!!!

This is what is known as a round pedestal table.

But don't mention that it's a "Split pedestal" base.
Those darn things can be problematic when they decide to! :D

(I just saw the dimensions you gave. I hope 24" isn't to the table top when it's assembled. Otherwise, you probably would have to put it on the next boat to Scotland.)

How tall are they supposed to be?  I just remeasured it's 28.5in.

If there is holes in the feet for casters .... then its the correct height.

I had an album on picturetrail or photobucket,, forget which,, but they deleted them !! I didn`t have a digital camera back then,,(90`s)  so I just borrowed a friends when I needed to do pics !! Still have all my brushes,, but paint has pretty much dried up !! Last thing I did was a "Quail Crossing sign with the quail" for our mailbox !! Our vet lives down the road and his mother in law that lives a bit farther down the road,, was heading to town a bit fast !!  She took her eyes off the road and car swerved and took out our mailbox and part of a tree !!  Didn`t hurt her but the car was scattered all over the road !!  Needless to say our sign was gone as was the 3 inch pipe the mailbox was on !!
