Title: Comic drawings made by ?

Own these for many years now and still no clue to be found who made them . Even the named hotel has been looking on the guest list from the thirties but nothing came out . So maybe a foreign artist on holiday in the South off the Netherlands made them . So maybe the style and handwriting will tell ?

That's two then already . But it must be known by somebody so patience will tell .....I hope .  According a lot off real experts here even with some drawing similarity's with some known Dutch  artists in these years it is not by one off them . And because off that maybe there from a foreign visiting artist who was involved or has knowledge off the work off his Dutch fellow artists ?

So who is not Dutch and has been drawing like this and has a handwriting looking like this on the drawings ?
