Title: Limoges piece
Post by: amieja64 on July 25, 2013, 10:11:54 AM
I've found Limoges information in the past but cannot find the description of or the value of this piece. Apparently this is a piece to a set but- cannot find any info on it. It was given to me by my ex husband who purchased it in France in 1995 or 1996. Any information would be so appreciated. Thanks!  I have no idea why my pics are upside down!!

Either that sucker has a suction cup on the bottom of it in order to hang in the air...or the pics are upside down!  :)

Usually see Decor Unalterable on items in the mid 1900's (lets say 60's)

It was given to me in 95-96. I have no idea when it was made but I do know it was purchased in France. I've been able to find that pattern but not that specific item.

What are the measurements of the piece?

(It helps to put a quarter next to small items when photographing and a dollar bill next to larger items to get perspective!)

It's apps 8 in tall (last picture) and the round box area is roughly 4 inches wide.
