I want to know how to serve and What kind of value do they have?

All i can tell you is they are Italian bank notes in 50 100 and 200 lire. That is not a lot of money. 200 Lire is 14 cents US. They may have collectability but I would not know that.

the 100lira note is from 1976....value today..7 cents.....collectab ility would depend on condition....
