The gray colored cardboard says this is just a print on cardboard !! Used to sell these at every department store in town as decorator items !! I have had a bunch of them over the years !! Usually an artist that hasn`t made a name yet will sell rights to print for some of their work for an amount of money !! That meant that the company or publisher owned all rights the artwork !! They could print and sell the artists work without paying royalty !!  So they made these art prints and sold to various stores. Rarely did the artists use their full name,, it was usually either first or last name !!
