Title: Need Help Identifying Wax Seal (handle)

There is no crest or design, just a handle. Not sure what it is made of but it is pretty heavy. Very ornate design all over the handle.Would this be a wax seal or just a seal handle? Not sure what it's country of origins may be. Anyone seen anything like this before?

 That is what it appears to be !! Looks English made !!  Perhaps just never had the emblem put on !!

Thanks for the replies. Not sure if there was a seal and it came off or if there was never one to put on. For some reason I don't see this being that old (although I could be wrong) Thanks again!

What did you do with the hand painted cigerette case. Did you sell it?

Can barely remember that. I think I still have it somewhere. I have not sold much of anything for a year or more.
