Look at your second pic,, above the name Winters,, do you see those lines !!  This pic is the same as the other one,, department store special !! Those lines are something that easily tells what it is !!

Sometimes referred to as an oilette. A print on ridged surface to give the appearance of brushstrokes. Worth very little.

You can also see the " dot grid " or pixels from the laser printing
