Title: Silver Unicorn Horn ??

Any Ideas??
its not broken but I guess some part is missing.
Hall marked L&S date letter Z

Is there an anchor hallmark ? Might be Levi & Salaman, famous for pin cushions.

Actually, i think it's a letter opener without the tortoiseshell part. The silver horn is the handle.

Coz it was found in my Grandfathers Davenport writing bureau I was thinking it was a handle to a letter opener?
