Found this at a yard sale. Just wondering if anyone knowns whom the artist is. From what I can make out... his name is Kurt W. Halin or Kurt W. Halan or possibly even Halen. Also the painting has been named and dated. The name is Mountain Brook and the date is Dec 17th 1972
Any value as well?
Check it out.

The fact that its done on canvasboard rather than canvas says it likely a hobby painter rather than a professional !! Could find no reference to any with that name or Halan, Haden or other likely combinations !! Best I found with that name as spelled was an insurance agent with Northwestern Mutual !!
