Title: childs ceramic cup circa 1929

I have a childs ceramic cup that belonged to my mothers sister who died in 1929 at the age of 8.  It is like a small coffe cup  and on the front there is a picture of two boys looking over a wall at four plucked chickens hanging on a tree branch.  I would like to know if there is any information on this cup and if it is of any value.

Are there markings on the bottom of the cup. If handpainted a signature anywhere on the picture.
