Title: gorham crystal

I bought gorham crystal cherrywood pattern from a garage sale and I am wondering if they are worth anything. I do not know how to go about finding out if it is a find.  The boxes they came in are written in German and was told they were brought over by the woman's grandmother. I'm not sure if this is true. How can I know for sure since I have looked on the interenet for dates.  I do not know when this pattern started. Any help would be appreciated. I am very new at this and want to start this as a hobby.

gorham started in 1848. there are 2 cherrywood pattern's. this is adiscontinued. pattern. not sure of it's age.
