Hello,
I bought this knife from car boot sale. It looks quite nice and the seller doesn't know anything about it. I can find "made in spain" and "robert" on this knife, it is around 35cm and fairly heavy, as the handle is made by brass.
Anyone know some history about Robert knife or know if it worth anything?
Many Thanks
Jerry

Found this, someone else looking for the maker, for what may be a similar dagger .....

I'm not sure about the renaissance label

thanks for such a quick response.
Although the answer in that link is "I have two rapiers made by Robert in Spain. Like you I am having a hard time finding anything out about them. Good luck.".
So seems no one knows this Robert in Spain :D
Many Thanks

Hi Daxu,
Yes, someone was originally asking about a dagger (the one that may be similar to yours), and then the response was about the 2 rapiers ... unfortunately I still can't locate the original source :'(
