Title: antique soda(?) bottle wendi pls help

hoping wendi is around today--either way could anyone tell me the maker's name or if it were a soda bottle?  no. 16 on the bottom is the only number, and this "person" on the bottom

Search Pluto water bottle and you will see quite a few.  Nice selection on Ebay as well.
