Title: Kutschenreuther Gelb Porcelain
Post by: cess501 on March 06, 2005, 03:14:11 PM
I have inherited several pieces of Kutschenreuther Gelb dinnerware. It is marked from Bavaria Germany US Zone and numbered. Can anyone give me any information on this?

Perhaps the "K" is actually an "H"?  Check out these marks, 'specially #14.

and if that's correct, it's made shortly after WWII.  And you might find your pattern here:

Some are named, some numbered, some both.  It can take a bit of scrolling, but you can find your pattern's high retail replacement values.  Wonderful for insurance purposes.    Best wishes,   KB

You are correct in that the K is indeed an H. Thanks for the help.
