Can anyone help me identify this lovely solid wood fruit bowl.It is very heavy and dark wood almost black.The flash makes it look lighter.It weighs 2kilos
also what it would be worth.Thanks

without any i.d marks its almost impossible to identify....looking at the base is that a stone insert

Not stone it is solid wood.

Bigwull is correct...without being signed, those pieces are near impossible to pin down as to who made them.
There are some near famous makers of treenware that have well documented histories.

Its a beautiful fruit bowl but in todays market, and depending on where you sell it,,value is maybe $20. to $30. on a good day !!

I got $54Aus. For it.I think it was early 1900"s
