these are nothing but cute, but i can't seem to figure out who made them

Looks like a 1950`s gift set !! Woolworths special !!  Or,, to set small pot plants on !!

mart I probably didn't get a good pic of them, but they look almost too nice of quality for woolworths but then if there's no maker mark they probably    were massed produced..

they fit a glass ...  sure weren't used much, maybe went with glassware?

Not likely !! Woolworths had some nice stuff although they could have came from other stores !! I remember buying things like this at Christmas for gifts !! They came in a little boxed set !!
