Title: A. H. Heisey Dish
Post by: capot1948 on September 20, 2013, 09:41:19 PM
Found this Heisey silver deposit dish the other day on one of our trips. If you look closely at the 2nd photo you can see the Heisey diamond mark what you can't see is the 'H' inside the diamond. Does anyone have an idea of the time frame for this dish?

I've found a couple of similar pieces, berry bowls, but neither indicate an age.
But I did find this, which you may already have seen, but seems a useful source for teh future!

Thank you very much for the file. It will be a great help. I have six other pieces of silver deposit glass however none have any markings on them that I can find. They're not in any of the books I currently have so I guess for now I'll have to search the web for 'silver deposit glass' and see what I can come up with. All the patterns are similar though.
