Title: Help identifying these German scissors?

Hi all.  I have here a pair of vintage Solinger Wertarbeit Scissors.  They have K & M Germany inscribed on them.  Does anyone know what kind of scissors these are?  Any information would be helpful.  Thanks!

Those are poultry shears.
