You really need to contact that woman I gave you the name of so you can tell the important items that will bring you cash.  She can show you what to look for.   I think there are probably some very good items that you may be over looking.  Is it a farmhouse?  If it is I know you have treasures in there. ;D

Not a farm house.... Just a house that been in the family for a while.   I gave her name to my dad...
