Title: Help with identifying this painting / print The Waiting Welcome

The only other thing I have been able to find with this print on it is a post card. It says "THE WAITING WELCOME" at the bottom and a copyright that symbol with GB. There are golden flecks on her dress and on the fringe of the curtains. Any help on what this is, time period, and what it might be worth?

Looks early 1900,s...circa 1918....waiting for husband to return from the war....
