Title: Another Statue I can't find info

Here is another statue I need help with. I can't find any info on the artist. I'm not even sure if that is the name of the artist on the base. Does anyone here recognize it or artist? If so does anyone know it's value? Thanks in advance.

There is a French sculpture...by the name of  S LECLERC ...from Louis  X1V...period ....but...apart from that...i don,t know....wait until Hawkeye comes along....he,might know...

Stunning bronze. I've e-mailed a friend who specialises in them as i'm unfamiliar with the sculptor. Could be Francois-Joseph Leclercq.
