Could anyone tell me any info on this tapestry? I'm looking for orgin or even artist if possible also it's value.

I,m not getting involved with this...I,ll leave it to Hawkeye....what with that double eagle crest...i still remember the last time...when one of them came on....i was nearly spitting feathers..... ;D

What does the double eagle signify? I just need some direction. Even noteing the double eagle helps bigwull. Thanks.

Appears to be a tapestry of a Russian leader, maybe Alexander II.
Interesting frame.
