Title: 1914 Religious book what language?

I cant even begin to figure this book out.  I have no clue except I see some religious pictures in it.  I have had it a while but can't find anything on it.  Help????

Russian Orthodox by the looks of the cyrillic writing...yes definitely..Russian ...the..The Orthodox, Byzantine or Russian (Orthodox) Cross...has the slanted bottom beam....I have one very similar...again Somewhere...and can remember going to the Orthodox church in Edinburgh with my late father

Any idea what the name of it is?  Value?  It's a cool book but I am having a hard time with this one.

58 years ago,i spoke a mix of Russian /German...i have,nt spoken it since...but thats how i recognized the cross and the writing...may i suggest you scan the page into a translation website...it may help....the cover looks to be leather...how many pages?...Russian items are hot...
When I visited my Aunt & Uncle in the Ukraine in 2005...when i was coming out at the border with Poland..the border guard asked me..."have you got any icons".....this could be classed as such...

573 pages  it's very small only 4" x 3".  Good idea about scanning.

4in x 3in...Mmm....intere sting...to hazard a guess...it may be a pocket bible...

Inside is it laid out like the bible....a Russian pocket bible of similar size recently sold on ebay for £107...but it was just a run of the mill...black covered one...with no Orthodox cross on the front...

It is laid out like a bible.  It also has a few illustrations.

It is indeed a Russian prayer book. What you see there on the first page is " 1 - Morning Prayer ".
