Title: can anyone identify this doll?

Hi there am looking to buy this doll from someone who lives quite a distance from me, she hasnt been able to give much information on it apart from "its really old" I have seen one similar on antiques roadshow a few years ago and was wondering which century this doll may have been made.

I'm no expert in dolls but she looks in great condition.  The clothes don't look to have a lot of age on them.  Any markings on her?  Sometimes they are on the back of the neck up under the hairline area.  Sometimes on the thigh.  Is she cloth body?

 "Really old " to some people is 1970 !!  Many repro`s of these !!
