Good evening. I am hoping someone can help me figure some thing out. I have a soup tureen which was handed down to me by my grandmother. It is white with purple flowers. I am not sure if it is authentic limoges but I was trying to identify the maker and approximate age of the piece.
I've tried looking through several factory mark guides to see if I can figure out who made the piece. The stamp appears to a picture of a hot air balloon with just "Limoges France" written inside.
Thanks so much!

This is the flower pattern, in case that helps. Thank you again!

I looked through the data base for Limoges marks and did not find yours !! But since anyone working in the region could use that name,, its hard to say if it is or is not real Limoges !! Will look more tomorrow !!
