I bought this today. It measures 17" x 18" over 125 pages, over 1000 articles. Looks like more than one generation put this together in an old wall paper sample book. Filled with clippings about historical events and public interest articles. Some plates from books in it. What kind of value would this have? The earliest article seems to be late 1700's going through 1950's.

I like the Maxfield Parrish "Air Castles" print on the cover.
Is there an overall theme to the material?

I didn't know what that print was. Thanks. There seems to be themes of historical figures, Boston/New England. Political overall but some event items like the San Francisco fire.
