Title: Is this the real "Mccoy" cookie jar?

I got this off eBay as a christmas present at what I thought was a great deal and was wondering the value, but came in this site and realized I might have bought a knock off. What do you guys think? Help please! Also, what is the value either way. Thanks!

If I remember right, the original McCoy strawberry came out in the mid 1950's. Yours probably dates from 20+ years later when Lancaster Colony Corp. owned McCoy (Note LCC logo below the McCoy name).
Value?...Ebay seems to be the price guide these days. Check the "sold" listings. Happy Holidays!

Thanks. I paid $25 which included shipping, so that is probably fair considering it isn't as old as I'd hoped.

That seems fair. You may have gotten a bit of deal on it at that price. But nothing too drastic.
