Title: M. Harold painting Re-imagining of pre-Raphaelite artist, Dante Gabriel Rosetti'

I just bought this painting.  It's contemporary re-imagining of a pre-Raphaelite.  I keep looking allover to find more about the artist and can't get a solid lead.  He may be the Mike Harold from New Zealand but not sure. Anyone recognize this?

No, it is 20" x 24"
