These double posts are confusing, but this question was up earlier.

Yes, this is the "Mammy" cookie jar which was originally produced by McCoy as cogar said.

I know I asked the same question twice because I was on my phone and it said the first one timed out. So I reposted the same question. For some reason I am not able to delete my question after it posts. I looked at the info from the first link and realize it is a reproduction by Storybook, hence the book mark on the bottom. Valued at about $30 new. Thanks everyone.
