I have a friend who inherited some Disneyana items and am trying to help him identify some figures. The original collector was a serious collector of all things Mickey Mouse and has some rare and beautiful items. These two pieces are the ones that stump me. I have found some items in this collection that fetch around $400 - $1,500- $3,00o and up. Then again, some items are worth maybe $5. This person did not really collect for price. All they were interested in was Mickey Mouse. So, I have no idea or interest really in the value as I do in just finding out about the piece. Below are some pics. If anyone has any knowledge or idea who made these I would really appreciate any info. Thanks everyone and Happy Holidays!

I think I found the second, but this one has red pants. You'll need to scroll down the page.

Wow Thanks! Damn, IMO,they are asking a lot of $$$ for it being so damaged. Hey,thanks again for the link!

How big is the top figure, M-B ? Seen some of them fetch a few hundred pounds at auction

There are a few on Ebay that look dodgy

Wow Thanks! I tried ebay but got so many I gave up. Was hoping to find a brand or make to help narrow my search down. The wood Mickey figure is about 3 1/2 inches high. Other than the ear having a rip it's in pretty good shape. I'm told This was in a display cabinet in a dark room with no sunlight for about 38 years. When removed from the display case it was pretty dusty. Thanks again for locating that link.

Those early Pac-Man style eyes are faked all the time these days
I catalogued a Disney collection before. There were some wonderful toys made before WWII.

The "Fun e Flex" toys were sold by the George Borgfeldt Co. under the Nifty Toy label. I seem to recall that they were made in Japan for Borgfeldt at the time (1930's).
Here's a good example of the markings on a larger example:

Thanks for the link! Well now I am curious. I did not think this was worth that much, which goes to show you just can never tell. Can anyone guess what this particular item would fetch, considering the condition. No box,but in pretty decent shape except for a rip in one of the ears.
