Point being the person you linked to was 1980's
There's these soldiers
Volkov Aleksandr Petrovich, b. 27.08.1919
Volkov Aleksandr Petrovich, b. 20.09.1917
Volkov Aleksandr Petrovich, b. 28.08.1913
but all served during WWII
There's Aleksandr Petrovich Volkov, who served as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Communist Party in Moscow 08 Sep 1952 - 25 Jun 1956 but i think he was born in 1910 as he also co-wrote a book. He died 1990.
The value in this book is all in the text and seeing as the original poster has asked the same question on a Russian antique forum, i'm guessing he can read the text.

Great observation Ipcress!!!

Asking about a 20 page field book from 1919 written by an A P Volkov
The value is minimal unless you read the text.

"In those notes identify actions concerned with life in army, delinquent soldiers penalties."
It's a small text translated from that book in english. It talks about life in army with date and what for that message are.

So now it's the regiment, any battles or skirmishes ( small battles ) and reference points.
I would watch this field book on Ebay and note the final price

Could be $50, could be $100. I think they have made a mistake by not including the word ' diary ' in the listing title.

Well, it's not that one because title are different. My book have about 20pages and all pages are hand written. In that link you gave me it's my father trying to identify the value of book. Nobody knows :( I've been trying to find simillar but no results, nobody have war message book fielded by hand 1919. Maybe you know some people who are intersted about war? It will be cool to find some Russian guy who know's russian language and can read in russian. Maybe he will identify the value of the book. Thanks Ipcress for information. I think that book worth more cause it's a history of the Soviet-Polish war.

You misunderstood Ipcress post !! He meant that you should watch the link he gave you and see what the final value is !!
Yours would likely sell for a similar amount !! Unless there is something of historical importance, most items like this have a minimal value !!

Big mistake not including the word diary in listing. Hand written war diaries over here go for up to $2,000. I had one from my uncle in WW2 which I actually donated to a museum that had purchased much of the collection. I think when I offered it they were more excited about the diary than the other items they purchased. Diaries give the most amazing insight into the war and people involved. Collectors highly prize them here. If this one give daily details it would have more value.
