Title: 3/4 Gold Baby Victorian Picture with Frame

I am trying to determine the value of this 15 x 32 picture.  On the back you can faintly read 3/4 Gold Baby with some other numbers on it. The frame has very thick bubble convex glass.  I believe it was given to my great aunt in 1959.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a print of a Victorian litho or painting has been cut and placed inside a more modern frame

Those are framing notes !! Has nothing to do with the pic other than telling that its a baby !!
