I stumbled across this a while back whilst clearing my late uncles house out and was curious to any information

I believe yours is the 1901 mark!!  Can you show it upright ???

No date letter here but could be 1910-1920

Would need to see more of the jug

Probably pattern number !! I saw several items by this maker with different 4 digit numbers but did not relate to date made !!

In looking at the style I have to agree with Ipcress that the date would most likely be 19010 to 1920 !! Since it is only silverplate value would be minimal,,here in the U.S about $20. to $30. on a good day !! Don`t know about UK price !!

In the UK this would be put with other items in a lot for auction. Probably priced up on a stall at a couple of pounds

They designed and produced some lovely items for some prestigious companies but were also mass producing affordable goods for the general public. Sheffield in those days was the place in the country for it.

If it is the size of a creamer for a coffee set that would be one price.  BUT if it is a larger cream/milk pitcher it would garner more monetary value!
